Exciting improvements are planned for The Terminal Building’s shared spaces, with a fresh design focused on comfort, style, and functionality. The renovations will update the entry vestibule, elevator lobby, and community room with new finishes, lighting, flooring, furnishings, and branded design elements.
The entry and lobby areas will receive a more modern, welcoming look with new carpet inserts, painted walls and doors, black aluminum-and-glass storefront doors, updated lighting, planters, signage, and warm wood detailing along the stair wall. A new seating area is also planned for the vestibule, featuring an L-shaped bench, tile wall accents, a mural, pendant lighting, and building name signage.
The community room will also be refreshed with new LVT flooring, updated carpet in select areas, new lighting, a new kitchenette and island, artwork, a mix of new and existing furniture, built-in banquette-style seating, branding, and improved entrances to the fitness area and theater. The overall design blends historic character with modern finishes, creating a more inviting space for residents to relax, gather, and enjoy the building’s amenities.
